We oftentimes find our needs at the end of the to-do list of others and even our own. We continuously justify why others need us more than we need each other, for any different reasons. Through this experience, we will actively work to reshape our mentality and explore the true meaning of MIND OVER MATTER UNDER ACTION to each of us individually. We will put away our smartphones and the needs of others as we spend a few days exploring ourselves - engaging in individual me-time activities and movement sessions to improve our everyday quality of life and productivity.
