COVID Message

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment we have redesigned our retreats to allow our guests to practice more social distancing as we travel and grow together. At this time, we will limit our no more than 10 participants per retreat.

Airfare Message

To make this experience as enjoyable and less stressful as possible will be offering airfare. Our prices are fixed but don’t worry because any overage outside of our processing few be applied to your retreat balance. Let us take care of you and your entire experience!

Participants Responsibilities (Excluded)

  • Flight To/From Retreat Location (available with upgrade)
  • Any individual Experiences NOT offered during retreat 
  • Alcoholic Beverages (except when noted)
  • Travel Insurance ( recommending individual purchase)
  • Gratuities

Other Travel Information

  • You must have a valid passport to participant in any international Retreat Experiences
  •  CDC has info on routine recommendations. For more info please feel free to consult your doctor.
  • You need a passport with 2+ blank pages & 6 months validity left (INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL)
  • The stated itinerary may change at any time due to weather, or any other unforeseen issues.
  • All payments made are non-refundable (unless you request a refund within one week of making your first payment). If for some reason you can not go on this trip the unallocated payments you have already made can be put toward one of our future trips.
  • You can choose to pay the entire cost or to pay in installments in which case your first payment is a deposit which will go toward your final total. If you pay the entire cost you will save on the processing fee.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATION, AND TRANSFER POLICY

Refunds 

ALL DEPOSITS AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any applied discounts to your trip including registration specials will be removed if the participant decides to withdraw from an experience. If you are unable to participate, for any reason, we will allow you to transfer a portion of your balance minus the deposit to a future trip or someone.  Please see more details below. A $25 processing fee will be assessed per refund and transfer. All payments made are refunded and transferred based on our chart below.

Whether you choose to pay the entire cost or to pay in installments in both cases your first payment is a deposit which will go toward your final total. If you pay the entire cost you will save on the 3.5% processing fee per payment.

Transfer

You are allowed to transfer  your balance to any of our open trips. A $25 processing fee will be assessed per transfer.

Cancellation

If we cancel any trips for any unforeseen uncontrollable reason (weather, national security, health risk, etc), we will attempt to reschedule within 120 days or when it's safe. You will have the option to transfer your paid balance (minus registration) to any upcoming retreat experience with space. If you must cancel due to any other reason, transfer rules from chart 1.2 under transfer will apply.
